Ingredients

 For Orange Spinach Smoothie

1 peeled orange

1/2 peeled banana

1 cup spinach

1/2 cup water

1 teaspoon flaxseed

Ice cubes

For Green Avocado Smoothie

1/2 cup pineapple pieces

1/2 avocado, diced

1 cup (2 handfuls) fresh spinach

1/2 cup coconut water

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

1 frozen, chopped banana

For Green Detox Smoothie

1 cup natural kale

1/2 cup parsley

1 cup cucumber

1/2 cup pineapple

1 lemon

1/2 avocado

1 cup unsweetened green tea

1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger

For Romaine Lettuce Smoothie

1 cup water

1 sliced apple

1 cup natural, chopped romaine lettuce

1/2 cup spinach

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/2 frozen, sliced banana

1 sliced pear

For Kale Ginger Smoothie

2 big kale leaves

1/2 bunch of parsley

1/2 cup cucumber

1/2 cup pineapple portions

1/2 apple

1 cup celery

1/2 cup water

1 tablespoon grated ginger

For Kiwi Spinach Smoothie

1 cup spinach

1 cup strawberries

1 cup cucumber

1 tsp hemp seeds (optional).

1 sliced, frozen banana.

1 cup kiwi fruit.

1 cup water.

For Tropical Smoothie Dream

1/2 cup parsley.

1/2 cup cucumber.

1/2 banana sliced & frozen.

1 stalks celery.

1 cup pineapple portions.

1/2 cup peaches.

1/2 teaspoon grated ginger.

1 cup coconut water cucumber.


Instructions

In a blender, add the ingredients in order and blend until smooth.

Notes

  • To add an extra punch of protein you can also add a scoop of your favorite protein powder or some raw nuts or seeds before blending.
  • You can add a touch of honey to make your smoothie more toothsome.
