Description

This keto strawberry smoothie is so rich and creamy and also low in carbs! Only 3 Ingredients are needed to make it and it is easily customizable!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free condensed milk can use Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups ice crushed
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender, add your milk, condensed milk (or Greek yogurt), and ice, and blend until combined. Add the strawberries and blend until the desired texture is achieved.
  2. Pour the smoothie into four glasses and enjoy it immediately.

Notes

  • To store: While the strawberry smoothie is the finest when consumed fresh, you can keep it in the fridge for as much as 24 hours. Any longer, and you’ll find the smoothie begins to separate.
  • To freeze: The smoothie can not be frozen as a whole. Instead, put the smoothie mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze. When prepared to delight in, break out the shake cubes into a mixer and mix until smooth and thick. Frozen smoothie cubes can be stored in the freezer for up to six months.
